Dr. James Farren

A graduate of The University of Bridgeport Chiropractic College in 2004, Dr. Farrenbegan his Chiropractic career at Champion Medical Services on Fulton Street in Manhattan, New York, before opening his own practice.
In June of 2012, Dr. Farren opened Dey Street Chiropractic and Wellness Center, a multidisciplinary practice that consists of many specialists including medical doctors, chiropractors, acupuncturist, physical therapists, and massage therapists.
In 2012, Dr. Farren achieved certification in Manipulation under Anesthesia from Texas Chiropractic College. Dr. Farren can treat chronic pain and frozen shoulders.
In 2012, Dr. Farren, achieved certification in performing nerve testing - Electromyography (EMG) - from New York Chiropractic College. Dr. Farren can properly diagnose pinched nerves and carpal tunnel syndrome.
Dr. Farren sees patients of all ages, before or after surgery, and offers acute, chronic, and wellness chiropractic care. He has clinical expertise in treating patients who are suffering from low back pain, headache , sore neck, whiplash, jammed hip, frozen shoulder, knee strain, and knee sprain.
A Passion For Helping People
Dr. Farren chose the profession of Chiropractic after being inspired by a chiropractor that treated him for injuries when he was a young man. That chiropractor loved what he did, smiling throughout the day. Dr. Farren wanted to help others, and to love his job.
After receiving his degree in Chiropractic, Dr. Farren entered the field, working for another medical practice. Dr. Farren wanted better treatment for his own patients than was being provided at that clinic, and decided to create his own practice, based on the belief that patients deserve to be treated as more than insurance claims to be processed in the minimum amount of time. Dr. Farren wanted his patients to get the same attention and courtesy as he expected for himself and his family.


Dr. Farren continues to earn additional training and certifications to provide additional help for his patients, and brought additional disciplines into the office to better serve the needs of the patients.
